Frequently
asked questions- Job Search:
Question 4: I
had several interviews last month & two of them went very well & they
both told me they would contact me within a week. The rest of the interviews
were also good. I sent thank you letters to all the companies as I always do. I
felt very confident that i would get an offer from one of the companies, so I have
taken it easy with the job search since then, but no one has contacted me. I
have called & left messages, but nothing yet. It has been over a month now,
so should I try to contact the companies again?

Answer:
Some companies take longer to decide. You can always follow up or contact
them again. Regardless, during the job search, it is best not to stop or slow
down until you have a job offer.
